"This was a truly excellent meal. I had pork ribs with the side dishes of the day and chips. Large portions and very tasty. My wife had the rabbit which was also excellent . The choice of dishes is very good with pasta and meat. Atmosphere was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The bread is homemade and the best I tasted whilst in Italy and would also say this was the best meal I had in Tuscany"

"We had a fantastic experience at In Cattina. The small menu was beautifully authentic and delicious. The outdoor dining are was lovely and relaxing and the kids had space to play. We had only arrived in Lucca 1 hour earlier and were recommended by our host who booked for us. Would highly recommend!"

"We were so surprised we had not found In Cantina before now. It’s a fantastic restaurant. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the food was fantastic, all local produce and even the bread was baked fresh onsite. The food was amazing. Well sign posted off the main road and lots of parking. Ticked all the boxes for us. A total relaxing, wonderful evening. We will definitely be returning."
